Square Tube Die for Portabender Tube and Pipe Bender (1" OD, 3-1/2" CLR)
This die fits the Portabender Tube and Pipe Bender for bending 1" by 1" square tubing at a centerline radius of 3-1/2" with a maximum degree of bend of 90 degrees after springback. Our benders are rated for bending mild steel square at a wall thickness between 0.065" and 0.083". Bending other types of material (i.e. aluminum and stainless) or square tubing with a wall thickness of more than 0.083" requires special dies.
