90 Degree Square Tube Dies for 105 Brute Tube and Pipe Bender
These dies fit the 105 Brute Tube and Pipe Bender for bending square tubing with a maximum degree of bend of 90 degrees after springback.
Pay close attention to the following terms (for more information on these terms, see our "Tube and Pipe Bending Basics" page) :
OD: Refers to the actual Outside Diameter of the tube as measured with a caliper.
CLR: stands for Center Line Radius, meaning the bend radius as measured from the apex of the bend to the middle of the tubing.
Minimum Wall: This column represents the minimum recommended wall thicknesses for bending mild steel. For any other types of material, call our tech department at +1 (813) 986-9000.
Maximum Wall: The maximum wall thickness that the die is rated for.
Please note: Our benders are rated for bending mild steel square tubing with a wall thickness between 0.065" and 0.125". For tubing with specs outside those listed below or if you need help determining which die your project will require, call the Pro-Tools tech department at +1 (813) 986-9000.
