180 Degree Square Tube Dies for 105 Standard Duty and Heavy Duty Tube and Pipe Benders
These dies fit the 105 Standard Duty and Heavy Duty Tube and Pipe Benders for bending square tubing with a maximum degree of bend of 180 degrees after springback.
Pay close attention to the following terms (for more information on these terms, see our "Tube and Pipe Bending Basics" page):
OD: Refers to the actual Outside Diameter of the tube as measured with a caliper.
CLR: stands for Center Line Radius, meaning the bend radius as measured from the apex of the bend to the middle of the tubing.
Minimum Wall: This column represents the minimum recommended wall thicknesses for bending mild steel. For any other types of material, call our tech department at +1 (813) 986-9000.
Maximum Wall: The maximum wall thickness that the die is rated for.
Please note: Our benders are rated for bending mild steel square tubing with a wall thickness between 0.065" and 0.125". For tubing with specs outside those listed below or if you need help determining which die your project will require, call the Pro-Tools tech department at +1 (813) 986-9000.
